6   (4-6 oz.) fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts  
1 tsp    coarse salt  
1 tsp    freshly ground pepper  
1/4 cup    olive oil  
40   cloves garlic, peeled  
1/2 cup    chopped fresh parsley  
 
1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
2 Season chicken all over with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and arrange in a single layer in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Scatter garlic cloves over chicken. Cover and bake 20 minutes.
3 Sprinkle with parsley and bake, uncovered, 10 minutes longer.
