 Bits O' Turkey Ham Loaf
 
 
1 cup    quick cooking oats  
2 Tbs    dried parsley  
1/2 tsp    dried thyme leaves  
1/2 tsp    salt  
1/4 tsp    ground allspice  
1/8 tsp    pepper  
1 lb    ground turkey  
1   Package (8 ounces) turkey ham cut into 1/4-inch cubes  
1/2 lb    mushrooms coarsely chopped  
3/4 cup    chopped onion  
2   Cloves garlic minced  
1   Egg beaten  
1 tsp    hot pepper sauce  
  Vegetable cooking spray  
 
1 In large bowl combine oats, parsley, thyme, salt, allspice and pepper. Mix in ground turkey, turkey ham, mushrooms, onion, garlic, egg and hot sauce.
2 In 9-inch pie plate, lightly coated with vegetable cooking spray, shape turkey mixture into 6-X 3-inch round loaf. Bake at 350 degrees F. 50 to 60 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees F., juices are clear and meat is no longer pink in center.
