There will be one drawing per month.  You may make a purchase at Gourmet Grocery Online or complete the below entry form (no purchase necessary) to be eligible to win for that corresponding month's contest. See below for official contest rules.

OFFICIAL Gourmet Grocery Online GIVEAWAY RULES & REGULATIONS

Entry for each month's giveaway begins on the first day of the each month and continues through the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. CST.

Eligibility: The Gourmet Grocery Online Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is only eligible to residents, 18 years of age and older. Employees of Gourmet Grocery Online, and its subsidiaries, and the immediate family (defined as parents, children, and stepchildren, siblings, and husband or wife) of each such employee, together with those with whom such employees are domestic living partners are not eligible. Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

To Enter: Complete the entry form on this page (1 entry per person. Multiple entries will be rejected.). You are automatically entered with each completed order you place (You are allowed unlimited purchase entries.).  All information provided by entrant must be true and correct or entry will be forfeited.

Timing: The "Giveaway Period" begins January 1 2005 at 12:00 a.m. (CST). The Giveaway Period ends the last day of each month, at 11:59 p.m. (CST). This Giveaway is offered month to month, and can be cancelled at any time without any notification.

Reply Confirmation: Before issuance of the gift certificate, an email confirmation from the winner is required.  Winner may optionally provide a photo for publishing on our winners section for promotional consideration. Winner agrees to allow the photo image or likeness to be used for promotional purposes. At no time will information about the winner be released to other parties with out due cause with the exception of the winners first name and city, and image or likeness of the winner as shown on the winners page. If for some legitimate reason (at the sole decision of Gourmet Grocery Online) a photo can not be provided, winner gives permission to use a generic shadow image.

Selection of Winners: Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. The Giveaway will consist of a random drawing conducted on the first day of each month. One winner will be selected from the pool of qualified entry submissions each month the contest runs. New contest starts the first day of each month. All entries are restricted to those received during the contest term, and new contests will require a new submission. Gourmet Grocery Online's decisions as to all matters related to the administration of the Giveaway, and the decisions regarding the selection of the winner, are final. Gourmet Grocery Online will notify potential winner by e-mail. If for any reason a potential winner cannot be reached after seven days of the first email attempt, an alternative winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No cash or other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Gourmet Grocery Online represents that the prize ($50.00 Gourmet Grocery Online Gift Certificate) will be usable at the time of delivery for a one time purchase. The Gift Certificate holds no cash value. No change will be made nor will cash will be substituted.
