(6 ounce) cartons of your favorite low-fat yogurt |

(We recommend vanilla, banana, or strawberry yogurt.) |

Section grapefruit. |

To assemble parfaits, place about 3 tablespoons grapefruit in each of 4 parfait glasses. |

Then spoon about 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons yogurt over grapefruit. |

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons granola over the yogurt. |

Repeat layering until parfait glass is full. |
