This dish is easy enough for a beginner to make with the taste of a gourmet touch! This has been my husband's favorite the first time I made it when we were dating and he requests it often, even when we are not having company over!
 
6 oz    Swiss cheese  
1/4 lb    mushrooms  
2 lbs    boneless skinless chicken breasts  
1   can cream of chicken soup  
1/2 cup    dry white wine  
2 cups    herbed stuffing mix  
8 Tbs    butter or margarine  
 
1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice cheese and mushrooms. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9X13X2-inch baking dish.
2 Top each piece with a slice of swiss cheese and arrange mushrooms over chicken and cheese.
3 Mix soup and wine and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle melted butter over the top of the stuffing mix.
4 Bake 45-50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
