Cooking Instructions 
Quick Cooking Method: 12 minutes using a Microwave. *
1. Remove Stuffed Sole fillets from cellophane and place in a microwave safe dish. Add 1 Tablespoon water and cover dish with plastic wrap, venting one corner.
2. Cut slit in center of film covering Glazed Julienne Carrots and Whole Green Beans. Place trays and sole in microwave and cook on HIGH for 8 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
3. Remove carrots and green beans from microwave, let stand.
4. Continue cooking sole on HIGH for 1 - 2 minutes.
5. Carefully remove film, plate and serve.

Traditional Cooking Method: 50 minutes using a Conventional Oven.
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Remove Stuffed Sole fillets from cellophane and place in a baking dish. Add 2 Tablespoons water to baking dish.
3. Cut slit in center of film covering Glazed Julienne Carrots and Whole Green Beans. Place trays on baking sheet.
4. Place uncovered baking dish and baking sheet on oven center rack; bake for 40 minutes.
5. Remove from oven, plate and serve.
* Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.



  When plating, mix green beans and glazed carrots for a colorful appearance.
  Place stuffed sole in middle of plate. Arrange vegetables around sole, alternating carrots and green beans. Top stuffed sole with a sprig of parsley.
  Garnish with a lemon twist! To make this garnish, simply cut whole lemon into thin slices. Cut each circular slice from center through the peel, then twist!
