| Quick Cooking Method: Serves 4 in 47 minutes using the Microwave. |

Place frozen Pot Roast, package left intact, in microwave safe dish. Cut 3 slits in top of packaging and microwave on DEFROST for 20 minutes , flipping over halfway through cooking time. |

Remove Pot Roast from packaging and return to microwave safe dish. Remove frozen Red Roasted Potatoes from tray and place in dish with Pot Roast. Cover dish with plastic wrap, venting one corner. |

Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes. Let rest for 1 minute. |

Place frozen vegetables in dish with roast and potatoes. Cover dish with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 12 minutes. |

Let rest 5 minutes before serving. |
| * Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking. |

| Traditional Cooking Method: Traditional Cooking Method: Serves 4 in 70 minutes using a Conventional Oven if Pot Roast is thawed. Thaw Pot Roast in the refrigerator overnight. |

Preheat oven to 400°F. |

Place one tray of Red Roasted Potatoes and half the vegetables at the bottom of 9"x12" or larger roasting pan. |

Place thawed Pot Roast with au jus in roasting pan on top of potatoes and vegetables. |

Place remaining potatoes and vegetables in roasting pan, around the roast. Cover pan with foil. |

Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Plate and serve. |
