| Traditional Method: 65 minutes using a Conventional Oven. |

Preheat oven to 350°F. |
| 2. |
Cut slit in the center of film covering Beef Tips and place on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 20 minutes. |

Cut slit in center of film covering Whole Green Beans. Place on baking sheet along with White Rice with film left intact and Beef Tips. Continue baking for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven, stir beef tips, rice and green beans before serving. |

Plate rice and green beans. Spoon beef tips over rice and serve. |

Garnish with a small bunch of red seedless grapes and a sprig of rosemary. |

To enhance plate presentation, serve beef tips over rice in an individual pasta bowl or "soup plate" set atop a dinner plate. Green beans can be served on a side plate. |
